Hi my name is Sarah Ayad. I created this page for a true friend to many people. He is in desperate need of any and all help and prayers from everyone! Please.......if you have a heart..........help out with a donation and/or prayer!   He is not able to get the medical help he so desperately needs right now due to finances. He is unable to go out and work a regular job like he did before because of all his medical problems. He is a hardworking person and would be out there working a regular job if he was able to! Michael King is a single parent whose raised 2 sons from the age 3 & 6 to the age of now 20 & 17

·         "I'm suffering from chronic severe sinusitis

·         chronic kidney disease in both kidneys

·         stage 4 renal failure

·         as well as going through immunal shot therapy, due to allergies consisting of allergic reactions to 17-22 food identifiers

·         and 19 or 24 environmental identifiers

·         I still have 1 child in school waiting to finish and start a military life. and have currently been cancelled of all insurance.

·         I just had a new baby grandchild born September-13th and my life longevity is being cut short. I'm unable to work or pay for my medical costs.

·         I'd like to be able to leave this world giving something to my sons to start their new life and cover death and burial costs."

To all of you out there in this world reading this please help my friend to be able to get through this and be able to live and enjoy as much of life that God has planned for him and be able to leave this world in peace. He is truly a wonderful person with a big heart and needs all the help he can get right now! He is loved by many in this world in person and has many friends from the internet that care about him deeply as well. He met the love of his life through the internet and she has been by his side through all of this and is still standing strong as she can be, giving him all the love in her heart while trying to help take care of him financially as much as she can but with all the medical help he is needing right now she can't afford to do much. Mike cannot even leave his home without risking his life because of all the allergies and other medical problems that I have shared with you. PLEASE HELP MIKE!!!
