Help Kathy Gabriel as she battles Cancer

Please help us as we try to raise money to cover the cost of Cancer Treatments and mortgage payments for Kathy Gabriel.  Kathy was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer, a rare and extremely aggressive form of the disease.  Kathy is a married, mother of two boys and is the only source of income for her family.  Her husband Richie is disabled due to a spinal cord injury and unable to work. 

Kathy is employed as a teacher's assistant near her home in New Jersey.  Kathy does not have disability insurance through her job and will not be receiving any income while she takes a leave to undergo treatments.  Like many American families today, money is tight and the Gabriels' struggle to make ends meet.  Without Kathy's income, the family will not be able to make their mortgage payments. 

Kathy is grateful to have access to top cancer treatment at Sloan Kettering, but as many of you know, medical insurance only covers a portion of the bill and does not cover other expenses incurred due to illness.  With the steady stream of medical bills coming in, Kathy and her family find themselves overwhelmed with the debt from cancer treatments.  Add to that the lack of any income, and the family is truly in a crisis and is in desperate need of financial help.
