Hi, my name is Mia

I’m 16 years old, and I’ve been with my mom since I was just 2 months old. We have shared a whole lifetime of love and adventures together — including moving to Canada 3 years ago. She has always taken care of me with all her heart.

Over the past year, my mom has brought me to regular check-ups because she always wants to make sure I’m doing well. I’ve already gone through two open pyometras, and while the vets have treated me with so much love and care, they now say the best approach is to have surgery. In moments of emergency, my mom has never hesitated to take me to the hospital, even though the costs are very high. She always puts my health and safety first.

My bloodwork looks great, and the doctors say I’m a good candidate for surgery. Unfortunately, my mom can’t afford the surgery after all the emergency expenses she’s already paid.

I still eat well, walk, jump, spin around in circles when I’m excited, go on fun walks, and give endless kisses. I still have so much love and life to share with my mom.

That’s why I’m asking for your kindness. Every little donation brings me closer to getting the surgery I need so I can spend more time making memories with the person who loves me most. My mom will post the vet’s estimates, and you can even confirm my case with them.
