16U Senators Fundraiser

These young men play for the Southern Maryland Senators 16U division travel team here in St. Mary's County Maryland and most of them have been playing baseball since they could walk.  With everything that has been happening within this last year with online school, continuous local shutdowns, quarantine, and fear of COVID, baseball is something these young men look forward to and need.  These players know first hand what's it takes to play during a pandemic; constant mask wearing, hand sanitizing, social distancing, shortened game times, etc.  They do it happily with humility and grace knowing they are getting to play a game they all love.

 "Congratulations to one of our newest expansion teams!!! The SenatorS 16u (Rowe) team showed up to play and packed a real punch this weekend. In their very first tournament of the fall they were impressive and went 4-1. After splitting 1-1 in pool play Saturday, they made some adjustments, not excuses. Leaving it all on the field Sunday, they recorded 3 consecutive wins for the ship!!!

These good, and well coached, young men proudly upheld our SenatorS team motto and played hard in order to #BeUndeniable !!!"
