The money we collected was distributed by a good friend and also a member of CrossFit 1525, Billie Davis. She went into her own pocket to get the money to the 4 members immediately. Alicia found an apartment, Chris got a hotel, Bergitte got an apartment, and Jake & Adrianna are paying rent at a friend's.

For those who don't know, we have 4 members (and possibly more) afffected by Harvey who need our help. Being forced to abandon their home and unable to take anything with them is not only emotionally and physically exhausting, but also very expensive to rebuild their lives.
Over the next few days, they will be assesssing their exact needs, but we do know that they will need our financial supoort. Please consider helping our fellow 1525 family with a donation. ALL funds will go towards rebuilding their lives, whether it be replacing a simple coffee maker or putting clothes on their back!

Athlete Alicia Jarmon
The amazing women has 8 (yes, EIGHT) children, 6 of whom are still living at home. I met them all today. Such amazing kids and varsity athletes. She is safe, but needs food to feed that family!
Coach Bergitte - what can I say? Its Bergitta. Thankful for all we can do.
Coaches Jake and Andriana - landed safely... but still need everyones help!
Athlete Chris Ojeda - He's been in Dallas, but coming back tomorrow to assess his needs.
