<div>As-Salaamu Alaikum (Peace be upon you) and Greetings to our Vermont Neighbors,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Mukhtar, and I am reaching out with an urgent and exciting opportunity for the Islamic Community Center of Vermont (ICCVT).

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For 15 years, we have been a cornerstone of this community—operating out of rented spaces, serving our neighbors, and raising our children in Vermont. Today, we are ready to put down permanent roots.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>We are Under Contract

</div>

<div>We are thrilled to announce that we are officially under contract to purchase a permanent facility that will serve as our mosque and community hub for generations to come. This new home will provide the space we have lacked for over a decade: a dedicated youth "third space," a sanctuary for our elders, and a welcoming resource for all Vermonters.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>40 Days

</div>

<div>To make this dream a reality, we must secure our down payment within the next 40 days. This is a historic moment for our community, and we need your help to cross the finish line.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The Financial Breakdown (Total Transparency):

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Property Purchase Price: $1,450,000

</div>

<div>Down Payment Required: $290,000

</div>

<div>Closing &amp; Launch Costs: $10,000 (Legal fees, inspections, and transaction fees)

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Our Fundraising Goal: $300,000

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Why Your Support Matters

</div>

<div>When you help us meet this 40-day deadline, you are doing much more than helping us buy a building. You are securing a permanent future for a community that has called Vermont home for 15 years.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For our Muslim donors: This is a rare opportunity for Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity). Every prayer, every lesson, and every youth mentored in this building will be a reward for you.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>For our Vermont neighbors: We are building a community center that fosters dialogue, supports refugees, and provides a safe space for youth. Your support strengthens the social fabric of our state.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Tax-Deductible Giving: ICCVT is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and all donations are tax-deductible.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please join us in securing the keys to our new home!
