15 year old boy ct off his fingers

This 15 old boy cut off his fingers while working at a drilling machine to make wells. They took him to a hospital in Juarez where they cut open his stomach to put his fingers in there and now his stomach is infected and he just got worse there so they took him to Cuauhtémoc, the boy is in so much pain cuz of the infection in his hand and stomach they still haven’t close up his stomach they have to try and get the infection gone and then they want to operate again
