Hello everyone my name is Jack and me and my mate Jamie will be walking 140 miles on the 16th of may for a charity close to my heart after losing my gramp who suffered with dementia for 7 years we will be walking and camping every step of the way documenting every step through tik-tok and Facebook so you can stay updated the whole journey
