<div>On Saturday 8th August, we will be walking 21 kilometres across Bedford carrying 14kg and stopping at 14 locations. The 14kg represents the weight many men carry every day, while the 14 stops honour the 14 men who lose their lives to suicide every day in the UK.

<div>This challenge is about more than the physical weight on our backs. It is about raising awareness of the unseen burdens that many men carry in silence: stress, anxiety, loneliness, grief, financial pressures, relationship breakdowns and mental health struggles.

<div>We are raising funds for The Man Cave UK, a community dedicated to providing safe, non-judgemental spaces where men can talk openly, build connections, and support one another. Through weekly groups, community events and peer support, The Man Cave helps men realise they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

<div>Every donation will help us continue creating opportunities for men to connect, speak openly, and access support when they need it most.
