Shawn passed away on August 25, 2012. He has been sick from birth with a devastating genetic disease that left him with progressive lung issues. He was on a lung transplant list which was his only hope but was regretfully removed due to his declining health condition.In the last year, he spent about 9 months in the hospital. His last days were spent at home where I was providing 24 hour care to him. He gave the biggest fight to live that I have ever seen anyone make. Due to his condition he has went a long time without any means of financial support or life insurance. He suffered so much, and I would like to try to give him a dignified resting place to the best of my abilities because he truly deserved the best. Any donations would be extremely helpful as I have been left with this enormous responsibility. Please help me give Shawn the best resting place I can. Thank you so much in advance.
