I desperately need donations to help fund my lung transplant.I have end stage copd and will not survive without this surgery.I am not able to reside in the city where the transplant needs to be done and our out of pocket expenses are beyond our financial means.Please help my family and myself.I am a mom of 5 and I don't want to not be able to have this surgery because we can't afford it. Our health system covers a very small portion of the costs involved. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
