13-inch MacBook pro

My name is Shem Bryan Nsadhu. I was born with cerebral palsy; a disorder that affects my muscles and posture.
I took my MacBook pro to the apple store for repairs. However, I could not pick it up because I was having issues related to my cerebral palsy. These issues caused me to end up in the hospital but after a few weeks I was able to go back to school. I still could not work and therefore I did not have enough money to afford to pick up my laptop after repairs had been done.
I asked for multiple extensions which the store granted but when I had finally saved up enough money to pick up the computer, I was told by an employee that the laptop had been disposed of.
After reaching out to solve it 7 apple gave me $500, which is not even half of a MacBook pro.
A big thank you to solve it 7.
