Giselle Almonte Memorial & Funeral Fund

This fund has been created in memory of our dear friend Giselle Almonte.

We started a fund to help her husband and baby girl Destynee during this trying time!

Giselle was diagnosed with Hochkinsons lymphoma shortly after the birth of her daughter Destynee.  She quickly began treatment to fight this disease.  Giselle had strength, fight, faith and perseverance.  She fought this monster for over three years with all her might without ever complaining or asking "why me?" Giselle's faith in God and miracles along with her love for her family and daughter kept her strong and fighting.  During the last three years, she showed fearlessness as she underwent chemo therapy, blood transfusions, extended stays in the hospital and other treatments.   

Giselle went through tons of treatment and medication without ever losing hope!  She was the true definition of a fighter. 

Sadly, cancer took over the battle and spread throughout her body. 

Her long and hard battle ended on Friday, August 24th.  She leaves behind her 3.5 year old daughter Destynee, husband Javier, mother, two brothers, one sister and many cousins, friends and loved ones.

Giselle struggled with cancer and fought hard for over 3 years! Please help at this hard time!
