Our Mission to Make Westerns Continues!
Now that the 12 Westerns are complete and released, our goal to "make Westerns great again" (as our T-shirt slogan says) continues with new projects and we would love your support to keep them going.

12 Westerns in 12 Months
We succeeded in making 12 Western Films in 12 Months during the crazy year of 2020. After twelve months of incredible hard work and support from you all, we completed production on these films by December 31st!

Why 12 movies in 12 months?
Because I live and breathe filmmaking. Because I don't think it's weird to make that many movies in a short time. I think it's more inconceivable to take 12 months to make one movie!
If you are interested to see the quality of our work, several of our feature films are available on Amazon including Son of a Gun , Cornbread Cosa Nostra , and Porches and Private Eyes . All of these films were produced for less than 100,000 dollars each.
In 2017, we produced our first feature length Western (not part of the 12) called Blood Country . This film, well-received by audiences around the U.S., shows the kind of quality production we are capable of producing at this budget level. The film was made for around 50,000 dollars, which has astonished those who have seen it.
Why Westerns?
The Western is my favorite genre and I believe its one of the most important things we as Americans have created. What's incredible about the Western is that it can take so many forms. We have seen the traditional Westerns by John Ford and Howard Hawks, the spaghetti Westerns, the revisionist ones like The Wild Bunch and McCabe and Mrs. Miller, and even "modern" Westerns such as Wind River and The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada by Tommy Lee Jones.
You can make horror Westerns (Bone Tomahawk), musical Westerns (Paint Your Wagon) and so many other variations. Our 12 will be a variety of traditional Westerns and our attempt to stretch the genre in new directions.
