Courtney Bond and Family
UPDATE: Courtney is home!! We are praising God for that. She does still have a clot in her leg and her abdomen. She is having give her self a shot in her stomach everyday for now. At this moment Courtney is NOT insured! We are working on making that happen, and praying it does happen soon, but for now the shots she needs to give herself cost $180.00, thats for one shot, and they have to paid for upfront! Hopefully this will change, but not sure how long that will take. Both of her parents are on disability, Debbie, Her mother had kidney failure was given a transplant and then after the transplant was diagnosed w/ another kidney disease, Kenny, her father has had his leg amputated due to the blood clotting condition he has, that Courtney now has been diagnosed with! So please help, even a few dollars help!! Thank You!!
Hello Everyone! I am making this donation page for my Sister and Parents. Last week Courtney Bond, My 17 year old sister was diagnosed with blood clots in both of her legs, pelvic area and stomach and has been in the hospital in Norfolk since. :( This is pretty serious as I am sure most of you know. She will be on medication for the rest of her life and is looking as if she will be in the hospital for sometime, We are unsure exactly how long, praying she can come home sooner then later. At this moment both of my (Courtney's) Parents have been out of work and the expense in gas and meals etc is more then we imagined, not to mention bills will be piling up for them quickly. I do not want them to feel the stress of that, because this has been so hard on them. Any little bit can and will help! Please keep prayers going for Courtney and her parents Kenny and Debbie, and family. Courtney has shown amazing strength through all of us, she takes after her parents as they both have been through so much with their own health issues and as well shown tons of strength through it!
