Hi everyone my name is Monique Crawford. I'm 21 years old and I have a 2 year old son. Me and my son are being wrongfully evicted and thrown out on the street in the cold.  They didn't give me a chance to explain anything or even contact me. Just told me they were filing for eviction out of nowhere.I left my place of residence. 2 weeks ago due to our water being off. I have a clothing business but haven't made any sales in months, things have been extremely hard and I'm a single mother. I was unable to pay my water bill. So I packed all my business stuff and came to Chicago in hopes of making some sells. Well Monday of last week my car was towed with all my business stuff inside. My sister helped me to get the money to get my car out, payed $175 to get it out. Then my car was towed again Wednesday of last week due to a women calling the police and saying there was a strange vehicle parked in front of her house. Thursday of last week I received a email from my landlord letting me know I would have to evacuate my house immediately and that they were starting court proceedings to have me evicted due to something the neighbor told them. We've been having problems with her since we moved in. She stole my black lives matter flag from Infront of my house, called the police on my 2 year old son and 4 year old brother, called the police to my house on numerous occasions making up lies so they would come to my house. Just harassing us constantly. Well I was finally able to get my car out and someone had busted my window and stole my social security card.i brushed it off because I'm thinking well at least I have my car. Well I was omw home from picking up the car and literally 5 mins from where I was staying a car came and crashed into me from the side totaling my car. The guy got out the car and ran off.  The money is for a way for me to move my belongings since I no longer have a vehicle, storage to be able to put my belongings,money to find us another place to stay and a hotel until I'm able to find us an apartment. Anything will help literally anything. These past 2 weeks have really dragged me and tested me to my core.I need help.Any proof of situation can be given if needed, feel free to ask any questions.
