<div>Es geht um meinen Traum, die Ruine zu renovieren und den Streunerkatzen ein sicheres, behütetes Leben auf meinem Grundstück zu ermöglichen mit Futter, warmen Rückzugsorten und natürlich medizinischer Betreuung wenn nötig.

<div>Okay, jetzt wird’s dann bisschen ausführlicher:

<div>Ich versorge die Streunerkatzen seit einigen Jahren mit Futter, hab sie kastrieren lassen und einige Kitten vermitteln können.
</div>
<div>Ich nenne sie die „Garagen-Gang“, weil..ja genau, sie leben in Tiefgaragen unter einem enorm grossen Appartement-Komplex für Studenten, mitten in Cork in Irland.
</div>
<div>Sie wühlen sich täglich durch die Mülltonnen, schlafen auf ausrangierten Möbeln oder Matratzen bis diese endgültig entsorgt werden und sind den Launen und Gutdünken der Bewohner ausgesetzt.
</div>
<div>Mal gibts Futter von einer netten Studentin, mal gibts Hetzjagden von betrunkenen Studenten…
</div>
<div>Es ist immer laut, es stinkt im ganzen Komplex nach Abgasen und Mülltonne. Es ist eiskalt im Winter, im Sommer wird der Geruch der Mülltonnen unerträglich…

<div>In den letzten Monaten verschwanden einige der Garagen-Gang. Ich vermisse mindestens 4. Ich weiss nicht was aus ihnen wurde und ich bin besorgt, dass irgendwer ihnen was antut und unter Zugzwang.
</div>
<div>Seit ich von ihnen weiss, möchte ich sie dort wegholen. Und jetzt hab ich es dann ziemlich eilig, bevor noch mehr verschwinden.
</div>
<div>Das ging bisher nicht, weil ich nicht den nötigen Platz hatte.
</div>
<div>Nach jahrelanger Suche und vielen herben Enttäuschungen, konnte ich mir letzten Herbst endlich meinen Traum erfüllen und ich habe ein Grundstück mit einem kleinen Cottage gekauft, was komplett renoviert werden muss. Im Moment ist es mehr Ruine als Cottage.

<div>Kein Strom, kein Wasser, kein Abwasser….

<div>Für die Garagen-Gang brauche ich ein sicheres Gehege als Übergang, bis sie sich eingelebt haben. Da wir hier von 12+ Katzen reden, braucht es ein entsprechend grosses Gehege, was ich bauen möchte. Mein Grundstück ist gross genug und es ist sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Ein Paradies für Katzen.

<div>Für mich und meine 5 Katzen braucht es einen Unterschlupf, bis ich das Cottage renoviert habe.Im Moment liebäugle ich mit einem gebrauchten Wohnwagen oder Mobile Home.
</div>
<div>Ich hab bereits 2 Kredite laufen und kann keinen weiteren aufnehmen. Deswegen bin ich nun hier und frage euch, ob ihr mir helfen könnt, sodass ich ganz schnell anfangen kann das Gehege zu bauen und die Garagen-Gang endlich mit mir zusammen in ein sicheres Leben umziehen kann.

<div>It’s about stray cats and my dream come true.

<div>I’m feeding 12+ stray cats in Cork, Ireland, for several years now and wanted to get them out of there from the first moment I spotted them. They’re living in underground garages under a huge complex of apartments for students, between cars and endless rows of big wheeled bins, always full with stinking rubbish. Some students are nice and feed the cats here and there, others aren’t nice…

<div>After years of searching and a lot of setbacks, I eventually found and bought a property with a derelict cottage. No electricity, no water, no sewage. I’m planning to renovate the cottage. Would like to have a camper van or Mobile Home (have 5 house cats, I need a bit of space for them and me) on the property so I can be there permanently and start renovating. The stray cats will come with me, of course. I need to build a secure, fenced area for them. Its 12+ cats, it has to be a proper size with plenty of cat houses and hiding spots.

<div>I’m under pressure. My whole current situation is very…complicated and stressful.
</div>
<div>I have to move rather sooner than later and I want to get the stray cats out of their misery asap. Over the last months 4 cats disappeared. I have no clue what happened to them and I’m worried someone is going after them.
</div>
<div>Please, please help me to get them out of there and into a safe life with plenty of TLC.
