12 Paws Foundation ❤️Helping Dogs In Need

When this lovely 7-week old innocent furbaby died from two very avoidable and expected "new puppy" ailments, I grew furiously angry. At 6 weeks of age, puppies are due for their 1st deworming and parvo/influenza injection. This is done by vets and breeders all over the world and millions of times a day.  That's a no brainer. Yet this sweet pup died from a lack of funds that my 12 Paws Foundation is meant to have. The fact that the puppy's pet dad / new breeder chose not to pay for vet care still shouldn't have mattered...12 Paws Foundation existed to pick up that kind of slack! But no donations meant that no funds were available.

What is 12 Paws Foundation you ask?

12 Paws Foundation is the sister non-profit charity formed decades ago, called Community Love Ministries. Community Love is ME GIVING OUT OF MY OWN NEEDS. All of this is was, (and is), despite being a disabled medically challenged single parent to 4 wonderful children -without regret.  I AM ALSO A DISABLED NURSE OF 16 YEARS. 12 PAWS FOUNDATION WAS FOUNDED in honor of my very first Service Dog, Panther. She was a 2 time abused rescue who crossed the rainbow bridge over 20 years ago. After FREELY  GIVING 14 years of unselfish Medical Assistance to me, she proved that TRUE LOVE MEANS GIVING YOUR LIFE TO WHOM YOU LOVE. I ESPECIALLY LOVE DOGS! PANTHER taught me what my worth was by adamantly saving my life in many outstanding ways.

MY WORK SHOWS RECIPIENTS THEIR WORTH. LOVE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. I BEGAN HELPING OTHERS KEEP THEIR PETS DURING THE HOUSING/MORTAGE CRISIS OF THE PAST. (A TRAINED DOG IS EASILY ADOPTABLE RIGHT?) I share PANTHER'S ESSENCE OF LOVE to families who cannot afford MY SERVICES THAT INCLUDE TRANSPORT FOR VETERINARY CARE, PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATIONS, (over 30 years of) PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINING, HOMESTYLE BOARDING, LIGHT GROOMING, (I LOVE BATHING DOGS!) SPECIAL NEEDS /SICK CANINE SUPPORT, PALLIATIVE CARE, TRANSPORT,  HOME FINDING, RELOCATION OF DOMESTICATED ANIMALS INCLUDING DOGS, CATS, FERRETS, RABBITS,  RESCUES, ETC.  12 Paws Foundation CREATIVELY BARTERS FOR ANIMAL SUPPLIES, FOOD, & FOLLOW-UP TIPS,  TO GIVE AWAY.   


I  AM  A NEWLY PUBLISHED AUTHOR WRITES CREATIVE & POIGNANT STORIES ABOUT SERVICE DOGS. I DO THIS TO TEACH WORLDWIDE EDUCATION ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF REAL SERVICE DOGS. THIS WILL ULTIMATELY IMPROVE THEIR ACCESSIBILITY.  MOST IMPORTANTLY TO ME, I ALSO TRAIN SERVICE DOGS FOR LITTLE TO NO FEE as funds are available, (usually from my Social Security check) and HARD TO COME BY donations from others. This year, I TURNED AWAY 3 FULL-TIME WHEELCHAIR PERSONS WHO NEEDED TRAINED SERVICE DOGS. {I NEED HELP OBTAINING A 501-C3 NON-PROFIT STATUS TO RECEIVE OTHER  GRANTS} Hopefully, I will obtain A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VAN, at that time. *IMMEDIATE DONATIONS OF AT LEAST $500 WILL BE PLACED DIRECTLY IN THE 12 PAWS FOUNDATION VETERINARY FUND AT ALLIED VET ASSOCIATES IN ATLANTA.  ***The veterinary funds are URGENT. I also need vet care for the Service Dogs, (current, retired, & elderly) that live in my home.


IN 2 YEARS, I WANT TO WORK OUT OF A STOREFRONT VITH VOLUNTEERS AND PAID STAFF INSTEAD OF WORKING ALONE AT HOME. IT TAKES A VILLAGE OF ANIMAL LOVERS AND PHILANTHROPISTS, STRANGERS, AND FRIENDS.
