Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit Weston Hospicecare Limited, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about Weston Hospicecare Limited: Weston Hospicecare offers invaluable and specialist palliative care for people and their families living with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Each year it touches the lives of several thousand people living in Somerset.
Myself(Dan Kear) and Russell Scott will be playing 12 hours of darts to raise money for Weston Hospice care. We are doing this in memory of the local darting legend Tina Betts.
Tina had one of the best personalities on the oche, I could put my house on her putting her middle finger up at someone or calling herself a w@@@@r! On the oche. You were always guaranteed a laugh on the oche if you were playing Tina.
Tina sadly passed away on the morning of the 31st of May 2025 after a battle with Cancer. Mine and Russ aim is to score 100,000 points in the 12 hours of darts starting at 11am at the 49 club in Weston Super mare. This will take place on the 15th of August 2025
We would like to invite everyone who ever played with Tina or even against her to help us reach that 100,000 points.
We have set a target of £500 but we'd love to smash this to raise vital funds for Weston hospice care who supply vital care for people with life ending illness.
You can donate here aswell as on the day we will have a bucket for you to chuck cash in.
