<div>Every year the High Point University Women's Lacrosse team hosts a 5K to fundraise for the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation in honor of Mason Lavack, the team's honorary captain, who passed away in September 2011.

<div>The Friends of Jaclyn Foundation matches children diagnosed with pediatric brain tumors to local teams in an attempt to improve the quality of life for the children.

<div>To give back to a foundation that gave us so much, we will be hosting our 11th Annual Mason Run 5K.
