Bless Sam and Valerie!

My dear friends Sam and Valerie could really use a blessing right now!

Valerie had a baby boy just a few days ago (by c-section, unfortunately), and Sam, a carpenter by trade, just had a bad accident and cut three of his fingers down to the bone.  He will not be able to drive or work for at least three weeks.

Sam works hard to provide for his family with skilled work done with integrity.  Valerie is a homeschooling mom, training up her children in righteousness.  Let's show them God's love and provision and come alongside them today! I am starting this fundraiser to encourage people to fulfill their calling to "consider how to stir up one another to love and good works."

Jesus said, "By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."

James 2:15 tells us, "If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and filled," without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that?"

My family loves Sam, Valerie, and their children.  They are a good and godly family. They need your prayers, but won't you also consider tangible monetary help so worrying about where rent payments and money for hospital bills will come from will not consume their thoughts?  They have a new little blessing from God, a baby boy, about to enter their life.  Let's help them enjoy him.
