Hi, I’m Robyn Hoskin (soon to be Lucas), and on 14.06.2025 I am running my very first 10km to raise money for the Let’s Be Blunt campaign - a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.

In 2024, our hometown of Southport was shaken by an unthinkable attack. Among the heroes that day was Leanne Lucas - an incredible yoga teacher and my partner Benj’s cousin, who showed unimaginable strength and bravery in protecting others.

This tragedy hit hard across the globe. As someone who grew up in Southport, and now as a 26-year-old mum of two small children, I’ve felt a deep pull to do something meaningful in response. Running this 10km is more than a personal challenge; it’s a way to honour Leanne’s courage, raise awareness, and support the important work she’s doing through Let’s Be Blunt - a campaign focused on healing, education, and change.
