I’m raising money for Fetcher Dog, the amazing family run animal rescue centre saving stray dogs from the UK as well as kill shelters in Bosnia and Romania. In Aug 2024, then Jeyney was found as a stray in Kent, UK and taken to the pound. Stray dogs have seven days to be claimed or taken on by a rescue centre, otherwise they get put to sleep as there simply isn’t the space. This was the reality for Jeyney, until Fetcher Dog took her on when her time had run out. Jeyney, now Daphne, is the sweetest, most gentle baby, and to think her life could have been cut short at just two years old is heartbreaking.

To help Fetcher save even more dogs like Daphne, I’ll be running 10k on July 27th (a big distance for someone who couldn’t even run 1k a year ago!). Any contribution, no matter how small, would be so gratefully appreciated.
