On Saturday, July 31st, 2021, more than 10,000 young women of color will come together for the International Slumber Party (ISP), an innovative virtual experience like no other. As a result of attending ISP, young women of color all over the world are provided with critical tools necessary to:
1) Address the root cause of inequities in their communities;
2) Co-create thriving healthy businesses and personal relationships;
3) Dream big and build audacious legacies;
4) Live on purpose and have greater ease;
5) Raise their self-esteem and Self-confidence;
6) Feel empowered and excited about their future;
7) Connect with other like-minded, brilliant young women of color around the world!
This Pay-It-Forward Initiative was founded by Dr. Nicole LaBeach and Crystal Khalil, two black women, who like you, are driven to be the change they want to see. And, this is not a zoom! This innovative experience takes place in a 2-D virtual mansion with 13 interactive rooms filled with experts sharing transformational content, including:

- Love & Relationships

LAST YEAR'S SUCCESS!
In 2020, the International Slumber Party was fortunate enough to receive a total of 6,940 views from 39 countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil, Trinidad &Tobago, Liberia, and Somalia (to name a few), with 96% of attendees stating that the event had MET or EXCEEDED their expectations.
In 2021, ISP plans on increasing its participation to 50 countries with a total of 10,000 event views by introducing more global speakers from around the world and tackling more global issues that all our attendees can relate to.
HOW WILL THE FUNDS RAISED BE USED?
Our goal is to raise $350K to eliminate any cost barriers for young women who need to attend this life-changing virtual experience but may not have the means to do so. ISP will grant twenty-five, $10,000 scholarships for a unified leadership and professional coaching program to position it's awardees for greater success. ISP also provides mentor and intern opportunities to attendees annually.
