106 Sqn air cadets need a lift

Donation protected

Air cadets from 106 (Orsett Hundred) squadron based in Grays appeal for help from the local community for funds to buy new minibus.

106 Squadron air cadets are often seen out and about helping within the local community volunteering their time free of charge at many different events such as the Orsett show, Orsett in bloom and the race for life to name but a few. Being a charity ourselves we rely on donations and fundraising to buy much of the equipment we need. We would like to appeal to the local community in which we serve to help us get the cadets moving. A minibus would mean more opportunities for the cadets, presently we rely on staff and parents using there privet vehicles to transport cadets to and from events. This really limits the number of activities we can offer to our cadets. We are looking to raise £15,000 and any donations would be greatly welcomed.
