Kristina's Cancer Fund

No one ever expects to be diagnosed with cancer. For Kristina, a diagnosis of Stage 3 breast cancer was shocking. At age 32, with no family history of the disease, she and her doctors were surprised.
     After consulting with her specialists, a plan of treatment was arranged. A double mastectomy, a partial lymphectomy, chemotherapy and reconstruction are all part of her treatment plan.
      Kristina recently underwent the double mastectomy and partial lymphectomy. She is healing well, but under her doctor's orders, she is unable to work for several weeks. She will miss several more weeks of work as she undergoes further treatments.
      Many people have asked what they can do to help Kristina during this difficult time. Besides love and support of family and friends, Kristina needs financial help. She will need funds to cover medical expenses, insurances, car payments, student loans and living expenses.
      After careful research of cancer funding programs, we realize that Kristina doesn't qualify for the programs, or the programs she might qualify for are unfunded. If you are able to help Kristina during this difficult time, it would be greatly appreciated.
