Austin's Braille Fund

Donation protected
On December 10, 2010 Austin Grant Gardette was diagnosed with a ganglioglioma brain tumor, on top of having hydrocephalus (water on the brain). By December 11th, Austin had his first brain surgery at U of M hospital. On December 15th, he had two additional brain surgeries, only to have a brain shunt permanently placed. Due to his tumor being inoperable, he began radiation, while learning braille because he lost his vision due to the tumor. Austin is an amazing, bright, and graceful young man. In an effort to help Austin get the braille equipment he needs, we are trying to raise money to help him in his journey to become a successful young man despite his limitations.  Please open your hearts, and help a child with a heart of gold! Thank you in advance. Join us in giving him a brighter future.
