1000k+$5k November for MyLifeSpeaks

Hello to my family, friends, neighbors, and brothers and sisters in Christ. As you may have heard, I recently had the honor and privilege of serving at a mission in Neply, Haiti called MyLifeSpeaks. To say the experience was life changing is an understatement. God’s grace allowing me to be in a place so full of His Holy Spirt was overwhelming and humbling. To witness true faith and faithfulness in a 5th world country and serve beside Christians who have given their entire lives and the lives of their children to serve God’s great commission was inspiring and convicting. God is using MLS as a light, a beacon of hope and truth in Haiti and to all of those who serve and take their experiences home to share with others. We have each received mercy, grace, love, hope, and an opportunity for eternal salvation that we certainly don’t deserve and can never repay. Let’s ensure other people, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, orphans, understand these blessings and eternal salvation with the perfect and holy God who has sacrificed so much for us. Let’s provide a tiny fraction of our resources to support MLS and it’s beautiful missionaries giving all they have for Him everyday.

I need your help in running 1000k and raising $5k for MLS in November. I haven’t run more than a mile at a time since back surgery in February of this year. I probably haven’t run 5 miles total in all of my runs together since then. I’m not a runner. However, I am committing to running at least 150k in November. I’ll cover more if necessary...I hope not much more! Please consider helping me run towards this goal and contribute towards the goal of $5k. There is no better cause than spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through love and serving those in true need of food, shelter, and healthcare.
