<div>This November, I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups every single day — not just for fitness, but for mental health awareness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When I was younger, I lost my dad to a battle with mental health. It’s something that changed me forever, and it’s a reminder of how real and powerful those invisible struggles can be.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the years, I’ve had my own battles too. There have been days where getting through felt tough — but I’ve always been lucky to have my family and friends around me. Their support has helped me find strength when I needed it most.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That’s why I’m doing this.
</div>
<div>For myself, my dad and for the people around me who care for me.
</div>
<div>For anyone fighting their own silent battles.
</div>
<div>And to remind people that it’s okay to talk, to reach out, and to take care of your mind just like your body.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Each push-up is a small step — a way to push for change, raise awareness, and honour everyone who’s ever struggled in silence.
</div>

</div>
<div>If you see me doing push-ups this month, join in, donate, or just have a conversation. Sometimes, that one chat can make all the difference.
