I'm walking/attempting 100 miles in just 48 hours to support my amazing uncle, who is currently fighting brain cancer. Every step I take is for him to raise vital funds for his ongoing treatments, specialist care, and life-saving procedures.
This is not just a physical challenge it’s personal. Your support will go directly towards easing the financial burden on him and our family during this incredibly difficult time.
On August 20th, I’ll be taking on one of the toughest physical and mental challenges of my life walking 100 miles in 48 hours across the Cotswolds.
The route is split into eight 12.5-mile loops, starting and finishing at Manor Farm, Ascott-Under-Wychwood. It’s a mix of countryside, village paths, and open trails. With minimal elevation but a relentless pace. We’ll be walking through the day, night, and into the next, aiming to keep up a steady speed of over 3mph across the full distance.
We’ll have a small base camp for food, brief rest, and recovery between laps. The terrain is manageable, but the real test will be walking through exhaustion, staying motivated, and keeping our feet moving across two full days.
This is more than just a hike, it’s about pushing limits, staying focused when everything hurts, and finding out what you're capable of when the finish line is still miles away.
Please donate whatever you can. Every pound helps, and your kindness means the world.
Thank you.
