100 GLOVES

We are experiencing record freezing temperatures in Toronto and one of the coldest winters on record.  Winter has just begun!  According to CBC, as of Oct 30, 2017, at least 70 homeless people have died in Toronto in the first 9 months of the year.

It is common to walk past homeless people everywhere downtown Toronto, setting up shelter on subway vents in the streets to stay warm.   The intention is to bring warmth to these people to get through the next 3 months, by purchasing basic necessities, such as gloves, socks, scarves and toques.
