In honor of the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and the 2,977 innocent lives lost that day, the 6th Airlift Squadron and Company are marching a dedicated American flag from McGuire AFB to Ground Zero for another year. This journey of 100 miles is to remember the fallen and ensure we never forget.
Every dollar donated will 100% go to support the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center. This nonprofit plays a vital role in honoring the lives lost in the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Your contributions help ensure that we never forget the stories of those who were affected and the resilience of our country.
By donating, you are directly supporting:
- The maintenance and enhancement of the Memorial plaza, fostering a space for reflection and remembrance.
- The preservation and curation of historical artifacts that tell the poignant stories linked to 9/11, promoting education and awareness.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference. Thank you for your generosity!
