<div>We’re Ayelet HaShachar - a grassroots, lay-led, community-focused Jewish congregation based in Sydney/Eora, Australia. We’re socially progressive and egalitarian, which shines through in our vibrant musical services. We use melodies, prayers and music from the vast Jewish library to link people and tradition, and to offer our growing congregation ways to connect to Judaism that are right for them.

<div>We’re now in our SEVENTH year of consistent services, run by a passionate volunteer team. We've celebrated weddings, baby namings and a Bat Mitzvah. We've hosted services for Yom Kippur, Rosh HaShanah, Pesach, and Sukkot, and we meet weekly for Kabbalat Shabbat. We are committed to the Jewish community, and to providing a warm and welcome space for people to sing, connect, and own their Jewish identities and heritages.

<div>Our community is growing faster than ever. We welcomed more than 500 people to our High Holy Days services this year, and on average we’ve seen over 70 people attend our weekly Shabbat services. <em>Almost 4 in 5 say that those services are their favourite place to be on a Friday evening.</em>

<div>In order for us to be sustainable and continue to grow our community, programs and offerings, we need your financial support. Our annual <strong>10 Days of Giving</strong> is our main source of funding. Our goal is to raise $10,000.
