#EverestofLove - Support for Nepal

Greetings!
We are a group of freelance journalists, artists, and mountaineers traveling in south Asia and are in the unique position to get to Kathmandu, Nepal quickly to deliver much needed supplies, money and support. Based out of Bangkok we are collecting tarps, tents, warm clothes, dried food, soap, clean water tablets, good vibes, coloring books, radios and solar equipment (the list goes on...).
We are also in contact with locals in Nepal to help us find where and how we can help the most.
We will be delivering to small villages in need that are not yet getting the international aid that they desperately need. We are seasoned survivors with big hearts, lots of energy and have experience living simply and resourcefully. All money will be well spent to better the communities most in need. We will of course pay for our own expenses.
Long term, we are focused on delivering sustainable solutions to a tiny sliver of this beautiful country and people. I know they would do it for us. WE LOVE YOU.
Side note: We know that supplies, resources and vehicles are a serious commodity and we are moving forward carefully with the utmost respect for the good of the people of Nepal and welcome input and are currently partnering with larger non profits and local community leaders. We do feel that our small band of brothers and sisters can move fast and efficiently and by donating to us you can be assured that none of the money or supplies will be caught up in bureaucracy.
