Adoption of 11 yr old Thai boy

We are adopting an 11 year old boy from Thailand! We started the process almost a year ago. It has been an incredible journey. We've already learned so much! We are in the final phase.
The amount on this website does not reflect the funds we received from other friends and family and our own funds for the adoption. The total we still need is $3450. We've raised $2080 through Go fund me so far. Thank you!
Since our son's foster brother was adopted in 2012 he's been asking regularly when it will be his turn. There is no one in Thailand, where he currently lives with a foster family, who wants to adopt him. The foster parents are grandparents who also take care of their own grandchildren. We recently made contact with the family who adopted his foster brother! Beautiful story. Our son loved this boy so cannot wait for the two of them to see each other again. The journey of adoption is like a beautiful tapestry.
We recently received his latest update where the social worker in Thailand mentioned that our son was really happy when he heard that he would be with his adopting parents soon! This was the first time that they had mentioned that he knew about us.
We were encouraged by several friends to sign up for this online donation program. Please prayerfully consider sowing a seed in helping us rescue this boy, our son, and help bring him home - to his forever-family. These are the last costs to be covered in Thailand and here.
