Evans Yamoah Support Fund

Our dear friend, Evans Yamoah, was in Denver this past Saturday (9/15) playing flag football. While running to catch a throw, he collided with another player and suffered a traumatic head injury. He started having seizures and blood entered his brain. He was rushed to the hospital and had major brain surgery to control the swelling and drain the blood that had entered his brain. 

He's been heavily sedated since his surgery, but the doctors are slowly weaning him off in order to evaluate his condition. When awake, he has been responding to verbal commands. All CT scans came back normal and doctors believe that there isn't any indication of permanent brain damage.  He will continue to be in the ICU for a while and he will be monitored contastanly. 

Evans' family lives in Minnesota and is currently in Denver with Evans.  This GoFundMe page is to help his family with expenses not covered by his medical insurance (hotel room while in Denver, meals, flights, bills, and medical expenses) as they will need to take care of Evans for an unknown period of time in Denver.
