European Taekwondo Opens

I am asking  for your support to help me gain international taekwondo competition experience.

This last year I continued to focus on my taekwondo training and development. My hard work has brought amazing opportunities to grow in the sport of taekwondo. I was national champion in the cadet age 12-14 division and defeated the opponent in my age and weight division that represented Australia. In addition, this summer I participated in a Taekwondo training camp with junior athlete competitors age 15-17 that represent Korean as well as top junior athletes from across Australia. The camp was run by the Korean coach. I was recognised for my efforts at the camp as the New South Wales Best Female Fighter.

While I was invited to the Australian selections tournament, I was unable to compete as I am not yet an Australian citizen. However, my efforts and development have recognised and I just recently was invited by an Australian team coach to go to the upcoming European competitions in March.

This is an amazing opportunity to get my first international tournament experience. The European tournaments I am planning on competing in are the Dutch and the Belgium Opens. Competing internationally is very costly and I'm fundraising so that i can cover the $3500 expenses of international travel. I would be very grateful if you could contribute and help me put my hard work and training into action.
