A family wish

A family who needs their mother.   For those who dont know the Taylor/Hughes family, they are a loving family of 7. January 24th 2019 their lives took a dramatic turn for the worse. Unimaginable events. Our beloved friend, mother, wife fell ill. Constance Taylor was rushed to the South Lake Newmarket hospital emergency department. Upon arrival it was clear she was in extreme medical distress. Constance was in active liver failure. Her body was shutting down and she was bleeding internally. The medical staff worked tirelessly to stabalize her. Infront of her husband she was dying. From this point on Constance would be in a coma and on life support. Helping her husband gather their children to come and say goodbye was one of the hardest moments of my life. Constance was sent back and forth between hospitals for repeat life saving procedures. She was never supposed to wake up. Two weeks later she did wake up. She wasnt supposed to be able to walk. She is walking assisted. She was never supposed to leave the hospital again. March 4th 2019 still terminally ill Constance was able to leave the hospital and again walk into her home holding her husbands hand. We never thought this day would come. Constance and her family want the days they have to be about quality. Constance wants to be in the comfort of her home surrounded by the love of her family. The cost of her medication is not affordable. One of her many medications is Rifaximin. This is a life or death pill. This one medication alone is $800 for a 30 day supply. Constances husband Matthew Taylor has taken a leave of absence from work to care for his wife around the clock. Our goal is to help Constance and her family spend as much time together as possible without having to worry about whether or not she will have her life saving medication. Or how they will put food on the table. Without financial support Constance will have less time with her children, her husband, and the community that is so greatful for her.
