Erin's Breast Cancer Fund

Anyone who knows Erin Murphy would agree that she is one of the strongest woman out there. She has been dealt a pretty unfortunate hand, especially in these last couple of years. However, even through the hardest of times she has contintued to be present, kind, loving, encouraging and hopeful. One thing you can count on is that Erin will always perservere. This will continue to be the case, but now Erin needs a little help from us! On January 27 2017 Erin, at 31 years old, was diagnosed with breast cancer, that we now know is stage 3a. Her treatment will include chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. On top of that she will also need to freeze her eggs in order to have children in the future, most likely through IVF. At this point in time Erin is  unsure if she will be able to keep her new job she just started at a few months ago, meaning she is also unsure if she will have insurance.  

Aditionally to all of Erin's medical expenses she is having to prepare for her father's end of life expenses. Erin had to make the decision to bring in hospice for her father, who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. Anyone who knows Erin knows how incredibly close she is to her dad, and how much love they have for each other. Erin has been the sole care-giver and decision- maker for her father, who now lives in a nursing home, for the past few years. Erin has been there for her dad through everything, always making sure he has a nice blanket and stuffed animal to snuggle with as well as being by his side through mulitple health scares and hospital visits.

As if preparing for her dad's end of life wasn't hard enough, now she will be going through cancer treatment as well.Needless to say Erin could really use all the help she can get! There are some very daunting expenses coming up. I know Erin has a TON of supporters out there who are fighting for her to get through all of this and kick cancer's butt! Let's all rally together and show Erin how much we love her! Any donation helps!
