Mom of 4 fighting Cancer

Meet my beautiful daughter Erika.
Erika was just diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer which has most likely travelled to her lymph nodes.
Erika has to undergo surgery early December to remove her entire thyroid and affected lymph nodes. 
Following the surgery in December, Erika will have to be hospitalized to recieve radioactive iodine treatments that will require her to remain in the hospital in isolation for the duration of the treatment as well as a few more days after discharge to limit the exposure to  her children. Erika is at a relative risk that the cancer has spread to other parts of her body. Although we would like to say she caught it early, due to her nodule size, she has had it for not months, but years. After surgery and RAI, they will proceed with testing to see if it has indeed spread and a treatment plan will be devised then.

Erika is a very active mom of 4 beautiful kids , age 13, 9,4 and 1 1/2.
In addition to  being a very busy mom, Erika is finishing up her last year of college and due to graduate with high honors this spring.

She also is the  preferred photographer  at labor and delivery at Baystate's Wesson Womens Center in Springfield Ma,  plus she has her own photography business that she runs in addition she works for Center For Martial Arts & Fitness in Chicopee.
 Erika and her husband will have no choice but to miss an enormous amount of work. Erika to recover and her husband to care for her.

We humbly ask for any donations to help assist Erika and her family in her dire time of need , to help offset any  living expenses , food, auto expenses and Christmas for her children while she is going through her surgery,RAI treatment,body scans and blood tests. she will not be able to work for several number of weeks.
