EQZek Season 6 Hardware Fund

Hi guys, this is devn00b (Aka in RL as Chuck for those that don't know),
I will attempt to make this as simple as possible. If EQZek is to see a season 6, we need an infusion of cash or hardware.
I've gone for the Ryzen builds because on average they are cheaper than Intel for the same performance levels (for the server not general pc stuff, since this is for the server that's all I care about). This will also future proof the server somewhat so I don't have to ask for more donations/help in the near term because of xyz being outdated.
With that, here are the 3 builds I've selected. I've gone ahead and used Amazon as my source because I have prime and it gets the hardware in my hands faster.
Also, Please note any amt over the cost of the pc (should it go on sale or something) will be converted into the up in smoke fund.
PC 1: I call this the "one can dream, right?" Build. This has everything we would need. (Ryzen 7, 32gb ram, good power supply). If we make this build happen I can promise/guarantee at least 4 more seasons.

PC 2: "One can hope?" Build. This is 75% of what I would consider the perfect build. It lacks the "Optimal" ram and the PSU is a bit on the weak side. If this build is the one we do I can promise 2 more seasons.

PC 3: "Well this will do" Build. This build will work, but with the lesser CPU, and build quality I cannot promise things will work the way they have in the past. Our server is quite demanding esp with all the add-ons we have (website integration, patcher, etc etc). With this, I'll commit to 1 more season.
