Picking up the Pieces

Tired of going around and around on this gerbil wheel of life. Living check to check, trying to make ends meet. I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful children who are along on this journey for the "American Dream". Between my wife and I, we have three degrees and are stuck in the work fields (not our career fields) of low wages and the escalating cost of living.
   Three years ago life was perfect, so we thought. Nine months after our wedding, June 16, 2011 we celebrated the birth of our daughter. Two weeks later, my wife's only brother/sibling was murdered on the 28th of June. In an instant our lives were turned upside down. During the duration of the last three years at a snails pace we've been picking up the pieces. Everyday is like Ground Hog Day for us, working our jobs and taking care of our responsibilities.
  I have an AS in Business Administration,(15 credits away from Bachelor's in Management) over nine years experience and a passion for cleaning and floor care. Including stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. My wife has a BS in Business Administration. She is extremely detail oriented;she works and lives by a calendar, thrives on meeting goals along with maintaining consistency.
  We want our lives back doing the things we love to do, instead of what we have to do to get by. We would like to build our cleaning business for clients at reasonable rates. But we lack the equipment and materials to get started. Ultimately we just want to be able to provide a decent education for our children, who currently attend a failing unaccredited school district.
  We are not afraid of hard work. Our goal is to build a brand for the long haul; to leave something tangible for our children. We are looking to raise money for equipment, license and bonding. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for taking time out of your day to read our story.
