Entrepreneur Program Scholarships

Entrepreneurs are some of the strongest influencers in our community. Their businesses and influential personalities are the heartbeat of our city. Learning how to start and grow a business, however, is a daunting task, especially if you are working multiple jobs to provide for your family and don't have the connections you need to launch a successful business.

The Business Entrepreneur Academy is a 9-week intensive CO.STARTERS program provided through Nasha Lending that helps entrepreneurs find the community, educational resources, and connections they need to help their business get off the ground or headed in the right direction.

Charlene Evans is one of Nasha Lending’s Spring 2017 graduates. She joined the class wanting some guidance and second opinions on what direction she should take with her business. The class’ facilitators, also graduates of the program, “added much insight on a personal level and were able to bring the CO.STARTERS curriculum to LIFE.” Since graduation, Charlene’s business has continued to grow and develop to reach her goal: “to extend poetry beyond a mic and stage.”


Managing a small business from the ground up takes a lot of time, effort, and money, and we want this class to be accessible to those who really need it. Nasha Lending needs help covering expenses that go into keeping this program successful and to provide scholarships to those who need them.
