End of life costs : James Johnson

On May 2nd 2018, the day after my 24th birthday dinner spent with my dad, he was taken from me forever. I was a full-time worker until I had to resign my position, to be able to mourn the loss of my dad and also take care of his affairs and physical belongings.

This is far more expensive and emtional than I ever could have thought possible. I didn't have much money before this happened and so far, my dad was unable to leave me anything financially. I am the last living relative of our family, there is no other next of kin, or blood relative; i am the last Johnson. 
 
I was currently already in medical debt due to health problems over the past year and I have not been able to resolve them, and I don't think ill be able to afford treatment for awhile. I think I am going to need counseling to overcome the incredible void my dad left inside me. Suicide is something I never thought about when it came to my father. Anyone who's had someone they love take their life knows its a hole that can never be filled. I am going to dedicate my life to helping others find the light that I am so desperately searching for. 

My goal is to keep my fathers things safe with me forever and not have to sell our family history in order to pay for my dads funds and my personal bills. 

I thank everyone who has reached out to help me, and anything and everything does help. I am blessed to have such amazing friends and support systems throughout my community.
