Endometriosis awareness

Donation protected
Hi everyone,
I am Steph, 31  from North wales
                            I am 1 in 10!
I have stage 4 endometriosis and would like to raise money and awareness for Endometriosis. This disease has crippled me in many ways,  since my diagnosis is 2015 I have had 2 laparotomys and one  laparascopy and now high risk to have future operations due to the damage endometriosis has caused.
I have chronic pain and when I say chronic I mean I dont go a second without pain, my day starts off with a 5 on the pain scale (if Im lucky ) and have flare ups on a regular basis.

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes.

Endometriosis can affect women of any age, but it's most common in women in their 30s and 40s.

It's a long-term condition that can have a significant impact on your life, but there are treatments that can help.
Symptoms of endometriosis
The symptoms of endometriosis can vary. Some women are badly affected, while others might not have any noticeable symptoms.

The main symptoms of endometriosis are:

pain in your lower tummy or back (pelvic pain) – usually worse during your period
period pain that stops you doing your normal activities
pain during or after sex
pain when peeing or pooing during your period
feeling sick, constipation, diarrhoea, or blood in your pee during your period
difficulty getting pregnant
You may also have heavy periods – you might use lots of pads or tampons, or you may bleed through your clothes.

For some women, endometriosis can have a big impact on their life and may sometimes lead to feelings of depression.

There is not enough awareness for endometriosis when I was given the diagnosis of Endo I had no clue what I was fighting against and believe me you have to fight everyday. Its not just the physical pain its the mental pain you have to fight .
I would like to raise money to make a  advert on radio/tv  to try and get girls/women to go to their doctors and get an early diagnosis and not suffer as much as I and others have. (Also be looking for help to do the advert)

March is endometriosis awareness month there will be the first ever north wales Endo march along llandudno pier. Please if you cant donate please come and support us and wear yellow
