Emily's Fight for Life

Emily Russell is a 26 year old mother of two who was diagnosed with Invasive Ductile Carcinoma (breast cancer) last week.  The cancer is Stage 1 (which is good) but it is a Grade 3, which means she caught it early but it is very aggressive.  She went in to the doctor for her regular well woman check up and, by sheer happenstance, this tumor was found.  She has already been told a double mastectomy is needed within the next few weeks and then will discuss chemo and/or radiation treatments.  Emily is a graduate of Zephyr High School and her husband, Alex, is a graduate of Rochelle High School.  Their children are 1 and 2 years old.  Please...any amount will help.  Emily has two sisters, her father and I, her in-laws, and an extremely large extended family who love her and want to see her live through this.  Any amount will make a difference.
