Emergency the roof will collapse!

(video included)My family and i live in this house as it is in the pictures. We cant afford moving out so we planned on rebuilding our old roof that has protectected our ancestors and us for years. Our home is not safe anymore it represents a danger for our family. We have to save at least 10000$ before winter because we need to build proper supports to hold the new roof. Any help no matter how small is appropriated. Thank you so much.
