Emergency surgery for our dog that was hit by car

My mom's newly adopted dog was hit by a car and needs emergency surgery.  Today my mom adopted an 8 year old Terrier Mix from the Pasadena Humane Society.  As they were taking the dog to the pet store to buy her a new collar she got scared and ran and was hit by a car that did not stop.  She survived the car accident but sustained broken ribs and a broken leg that will require surgery.  We want to give her a chance at life and surgery is her only chance.  All funds that will be raised will be used for her surgery.  If there are any funds left over they will be donated to the Pasadena Humane Society.  She is so new to our family that she does not have a name yet but we want to give her the best life.  We would be so grateful for any help to give this girl the surgery she desperately needs.  Thank you!!!
