Gerald Founds needs your Help! Thank you. Hello all... this past polar vortex dropping temps to the single digits has frozen my pipes and they finally burst here in Philadelphia PA. This happened three years ago with same weather event, and this time I had electric space heater on high to the area 24/7 while temps were teens/singles with bad wind chill. Well, did not stop it. Gas furnace was already waiting repairs and might have saved things. Semi-astronomical electric bill. Semi-astronomical water bill which I just got help with to prepare restore water to the property. Triple whammy this year of all times - stupid butt card company took payment out of wrong account and caused 4 over draft fees $35 each and then two late fees piled on. Had to pay them just to use account again. Now I have two accounts that are overdue turning into three monthly payments as new minimum payment due. I'll end up in personal banktpcy maybe homeless. This has become a scary nightmare. The massive electric bill is now overdue {200}. I must get the furnace fixed too so this never happens again. I let it sit to maybe finance a new one, but is not working out. Thermo coupler thingy rotted out. Not super expensive. I am Disabled and so can't get extra work to pay. I am trying desperatly to sell anything at pawn shops but all I have worth anything is a couple entry level guitars - couple hundred.
