After 8 days unconscious and nearly 2 weeks in hospital, a near-deadly E. coli infection has robbed her of almost every single drop of cognitive ability and we have no idea the prognosis at this point.
Two weeks ago, we were swapping Crock-Pot recipes. Now I'm not sure if she'll ever cook again.
